Installation and Configuration Checklist

• [ ] Make sure Store credit has been activated on your store setting. Check this article for the details.
• [ ] Follow the below instructions to enable on themes and set up the credit rules
• [ ] Display cashback notification banner on Order Status
• [ ] Add Koin on Customer Account Page

A. Enable Koin in your Theme Settings

After installing the app to your store, you will need to enable it from your Theme Editor. On the app Dashboard, click on this button to be redirected and finish the step.

Or simply visit Themes > Customize > App Embeds > turn on the app toggle.

B. Create campaigns

1. Visit Campaigns > on Cashback tab > click Create.
2. Choose the Cashback Mode you want

On this tab, you will be able to set up both Product Campaign and Order Campaign. However, only one of them can be activated at a time.

3. Finish the Details settings:

• The Amount of Store Credit: It can be a fixed amount or a certain percentage of the product prices / order total value. This setting follows the store's default currency. It will automatically convert, apply for other currencies.
• With Order Cashback Mode, if you choose percentage, you can set up Maximum store credit buyers receive PER ORDER
